Our goods are ready for shipment within 1-3 days, after that your package will be handed over to our shipping service providers. We offer the shipping of our goods by DHL GOGREEN. The standard shipping takes about 2-4 business days.
Delivery within Germany:
Shipping costs are 4.90 € (including VAT) and apply to any delivery under 149 €. Within Germany we ship free of shipping costs from a purchase value of 149 € . To Austria we deliver free of shipping costs from 199 €. Otherwise, the shipping costs are 6.90€. Please note that delivery cannot be made on Sundays and public holidays.

Returns & Complaints
We want you to be satisfied, so you can return unused and unwashed items with label in original packaging to us within 30 days from delivery.
In our returns centre you can easily register your return and select the items you want to return. You can download the label that is automatically created for you, print it out and attach it to your package. The cost of the return is shared between us and the customer. The returns fee is 3.90€. If you drop off your return at our store, the return is free of charge.
As a sustainable family business with customers who like to shop consciously, our customers participate in the return of their order. We don't want to make our items unnecessarily more expensive just to include the cost of all returns in our product. After all, we want you to pay for your beautiful products, not for what may be a hypothetical return.
Once we receive your return, we will credit the appropriate amount to your original form of payment within 14 days (usually within a few days). It is important to note that in the case of payment with Klarna, the total amount must always be transferred first. Only then we can refund the amount afterwards.

The best way to wash your clothes is to closely read the label. Each material requires different care and each stain has a different degree of stubbornness. Mostly, however, a gentle treatment of 30 ° is sufficient.
The best way to clean the toys of your little ones is with a dry cloth. If the wooden toy is a little dirtier, it helps to moisten the cloth a little.
You can put the dishes in the dishwasher, but for a better longevity we would recommend a gentle treatment of the dishes in the sink. The dishes are not oven or microwave safe.
Our products come from Portugal and Poland. We have strict requirements for our production facility regarding issues such as working conditions and sustainability. In all factories, employees are treated and paid fairly. Likewise, all our production partners are certified. We visit our partners several times a year on site and are in constant exchange with them.

Yes, you can. In our store we have a return period of 14 days after receipt of the goods. Sale items that you buy on-site in our store are excluded from return.

Sustainability
With the materials we use, we always pay attention to a high quality. In addition, we use natural raw materials for our products and no synthetic fibers. Instead of 'normal' cotton, we use organic cotton because it uses less water than conventional cotton and no pesticides are used in its cultivation. We also use high-quality fibers such as cashmere, merino wool and linen.
We want all our products to have the smallest environmental footprint possible. Therefore, almost all production steps take place in Europe to avoid unnecessary long transport routes. The design, as well as the shipping and stationary sales take place in Münster. The production and manufacturing takes place in Europe, in Portugal and Poland.
