Our vision is to offer a holistic, high-quality, and simple product line that not only focuses on children’s clothing but also includes products designed for a modern and mindful family life—products that blend the practical needs of our little ones with the aesthetic preferences of their parents.
The name leevje not an acronym, but part of our family history. It reflects the connections to David's family roots in the Rhineland. For us, Leevje much more than the Rhineland terms "Liebelein" or "Schätzchen." It is a tribute to David's grandmother, who used this term of endearment for her grandchildren.

History
The family-run brand leevje was founded leevje 2018 by Anna-Marie and David. The idea behind leevje from Anna-Marie’s passion for dressing her children in stylish, timeless clothing. While on parental leave, which David and Anna-Marie spent abroad, they decided to start their own business together.
And so it came to pass that David quit his job at a management consulting firm in Hamburg, and the little family headed back to Münster, their hometown. The online store went live on September 14, 2019, at 10 a.m. What began amid children’s coloring books and boxes in Anna-Marie and David’s home has since continued to grow in downtown Münster and now spans four floors.
