'LEEVJE - A BRAND FOR CHILDREN AND FAMILIES WHO VALUE DESIGN, QUALITY AND TIMELESSNESS'
With leevje, our vision is to present a holistic, high-quality and curated range of products which not only pays special attention to the children‘s wardrobe, but also to the needs of a modern and conscious family lifestyle. Products that meet the practicable demands of the little ones and the aesthetic desires of parents alike.
The name leevje is not an acronym, but part of the family history. It shows the connections to David's family roots in the Rhineland. Leevje means much more to us than the Rhineland love/ sweetheart. It is a tribute to David's grandmother, who used this term of endearment for her grandchildren.
History
The family label leevje was founded in 2018 by Anna-Marie and David. The idea behind leevje came from Anna-Marie's passion for dressing her children in a stylish and timeless way. During the parental leave that David and Anna-Marie spent abroad, the decision to become self-employed was made.
So it happened that David quit his job at a management consultancy in Hamburg and the small family went back to Münster, home. The online shop went live on September 14, 2019 at 10 a.m. What began between children's coloring books and boxes in Anna-Marie and David's home is now growing further in the city center of Münster and is currently spread over 4 floors.
