Returns

We want you to be satisfied and that is why you can return unused and unwashed items with the tags in the original packaging to us within 14 days of receipt of your order. By the fourteenth day at the latest, you must have handed in the package to a delivery station.

In our returns portal you can easily register your return within Germany and select the items that you want to send back. You can then download the label that is automatically created for you, print it out and attach it to your package. We cannot pay for the costs of the return in full, we share them with our customers. The costs are €3.90. If you return your order/item(s) to us in our store, the return is free of charge.

As a sustainable family business and customers who shop consciously, our customers contribute to the costs of the return of their order. We don't want to make our items unnecessarily expensive just to factor in the cost of all returns into our product. After all, you should pay for your beautiful products and not for a perhaps only hypothetical return.

Once we have received your return, we will credit your original form of payment within 14 days (usually less than 14 days). It is important to note that when paying with Klarna, the total amount must always be transferred first. Only then can we then refund the amount.

If you have returned part or all of your order and paid with the payment method 'Klarna purchase on account', please register a return from us in your account under your order. Klarna will pause your invoice and you will not receive any payment requests. Once we have processed your return, Klarna will adjust the total amount and send you an email with the correct final amount.
