Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), took possession of the goods. To meet the deadline, the package must be dropped off at a drop-off location by the fourteenth day at the latest. 

In the case of a contract covering multiple items that the consumer ordered as part of a single order and that are delivered separately, the following applies: The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), took possession of the last item.

In the case of a contract for the delivery of goods in multiple partial shipments or items, the following applies: The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), took possession of the last partial shipment or the last item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must provide us with:

To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient for you to send the notice of your intention to exercise your right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.

If you cancel this contract, we must refund all payments we have received from you, excluding shipping costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a shipping method other than the least expensive standard shipping option we offer), without delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive notice of your cancellation of this contract. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction to process this refund, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees in connection with this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.
