Delivery Times

Our products are ready to ship within 3–5 days, after which your package will be handed over to our shipping providers. We offer shipping via DHL and DPD. Standard shipping takes approximately 2–4 business days.

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email confirmation of shipment from the respective shipping provider. If, despite a confirmed shipment, your package does not arrive within a maximum of seven business days (shipments within Germany) or within a maximum of fourteen business days (international shipments), please contact us atleevje. Please note that shipping delays may occur during periods of high order volume, such as around Christmas, during promotions, or similar events.

Shipping

Shipping within Germany and Austria:

Shipping costs are €4.90 (including sales tax) and apply to all orders under €125. For orders of €125 or more, we offer free shipping within Germany and Austria. Otherwise, shipping to Austria costs €6.90. Please note that we do not deliver on Sundays or holidays.

Shipping within Europe:

Shipping costs are a flat rateof €9.90 (including sales tax) for the following countries and apply to every shipment. Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays or holidays. Shipping is free for orders of €199 or more:

Shipping outside Europe: 

Shipping costs are a flatrate of €19.90(including sales tax) for the following countries and apply to every delivery. Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays or holidays.

Returns

Returns

We want you to be satisfied, so you can returnunused and unwashed items with the tags still attached and in their original packagingwithin 14 days of delivery .You must drop off the package at a drop-off location by thefourteenth day at the latest. 

As soon as we receive your return, we will credit the corresponding amount to your original payment method within 14 days. It’s important to note that if you paid with Klarna, the full amount must always be transferred first. Only then can we issue a refund.

You cannot return an online order in-store. 

IMPORTANT! Please ship each order as a separate return. Combined returns can significantly delay the refund process!

Return Shipping Costs

We cannot cover the return shipping costs for orders from Germany and Austria; instead, we split these costs with our customers. Thecost is €4.90. We do not cover return shipping costs for any other EU countries. 

As a sustainable family-owned business with customers who shop mindfully, our customers help cover the cost of returning their orders. We don’t want to make our products unnecessarily more expensive just to factor the cost of all returns into the price. After all, you should be paying for your beautiful products—not for a return that may never happen.

If you're unsure about which size to choose, please feel free to contact our customer service team. We're always happy to help and will assist you in choosing the right size.

Please understand that you are fully responsible for any return shipping costs for orders from abroad. 

If you have returned part or all of your order and paid using the "Klarna Purchase on Account" payment method, please submit a return request in your account under the relevant order. This will pause your Klarna invoice, and you won't receive any payment requests. Once we’ve processed your return, Klarna will adjust the total amount and send you an email with the correct final amount. 

Returns Portal

On our returns portal, you can easily register your return and select the items you'd like to send back. You can then download the shipping label that's automatically generated for you, print it out, and attach it to your package.
