Why does leevje sell second chance bundles?
With leevje we stand for sustainability and quality. That's why we only want to offer you products that we are convinced of and that make us shine. Of course it happens that occasional products have small blemishes. These do not pass our quality control. Nevertheless, the products are all usable without any restrictions and should get the chance of a happy owner in the sense of sustainability.
Can I return the bundle?
Of course you can return the bundle like any other order. Please note that you can only return the entire bundle with all products. We cannot offer you a partial return on your purchase.
Can I return individual products of the bundle?
No, you can only return the entire bundle. We cannot offer a partial return at the time of purchase.
What defects can be present in my bundle?
The following defects may be present in our second chance bundles:
- a damaged or missing product packaging
- an unclean or small open seam on the garment
- a small hole or a pulled thread
- a wrong, missing or improperly sewn-in label
- small stains or slight discolouration, some of which disappear after the first wash
Are the defects on the products marked in the bundle?
The flaws are not marked on your products. Often they are only small imperfections, which is why we offer the goods for you in our second-chance bundles.
Can I know before buying a bundle which exact flaws my products in the bundle have?
Unfortunately we can't mark every single defect in the product description of your bundle. However, we have summarized possible defects that may affect your bundle for you here:
