leevje competition - conditions of participation

The following conditions apply to participation in online sweepstakes organized and conducted by leevje GmbH:

By participating, each participant agrees to the following General Conditions of Participation and all other published regulations of the competition.

Attendees

All private individuals over the age of 18 are eligible to participate for private individuals residing in Germany and Austria.

Profit

The prize described and communicated through an online channel of leevje GmbH will be raffled. A cash payment or an exchange of the prize is excluded. Additional services (such as travel to and from the destination, meals and other products, etc.) are only included in the prize if they are expressly named in the competition. When declared, certain prizes have an expiry date.

Determination and contacting of the winner

After the specified period of time for the competition has expired, the winner will be drawn at random from all participants. The winner will receive information from an official channel of leevje GmbH.

Competitions that take place as part of the leevje GmbH fan page and/or the leevje GmbH Instagram presence will be randomly drawn after the specified period of time. Winners will be informed of their prize via a personal message and asked to email their contact details within four weeks.

If the contacted winner does not respond within four weeks, the prize will be awarded elsewhere.

By participating, each participant agrees that personal data may be transmitted for the purpose of shipping and that they may be contacted by an official leevje GmbH channel. In addition, the participant agrees that the necessary personal data may be transmitted to a possible sponsor of the competition, who makes the prizes available, for this purpose. Non-cash prizes cannot be paid out or exchanged for cash.

By participating, each participant agrees that their personal data required for the competition (date of birth, age, first name and surname, telephone number, home address) will be stored on electronic data carriers and used by leevje GmbH for competition purposes in compliance with the statutory data protection regulations may be. By participating, the participant assures that all information provided by him is true. If the participant has given their consent to the use of personal data for internal marketing purposes (e.g. newsletter and special offers, etc.), the data will also be used for this purpose (see data protection information).

Copyright & Right of Use
If participation requires the creation and transmission of a work (e.g. photo, video, written application or other files, etc.), the participant agrees by participating that these works may be published by leevje GmbH for the purposes of the competition in question, in particular for Advertising for the competition and to announce the winners in the media that leevje GmbH uses for the competition (e.g. Facebook or Instagram presence, website). In addition, leevje GmbH is entitled to publish the work for further advertising purposes without any time or geographical restrictions (e.g. on radio, internet, TV, etc.).

Exclusion of Participants
leevje GmbH has the right to exclude those participants from participating in the competition who manipulate or attempt to manipulate the entry process, the competition and/or the offer, culpably violate the rules of participation or otherwise try in an unfair manner to enter the competition and/or to influence the participation process, in particular by disrupting, threatening and/or harassing employees of leevje GmbH or other participants in the competition. In such cases, leevje GmbH is entitled to withdraw and reclaim any winnings that have been paid out.

Changes to Promotion Terms and Content
leevje GmbH reserves the right to cancel a competition at any time for important reasons or to change the rules of the game for the future. This applies in particular in the event of force majeure and if the competition cannot be carried out or continued for other organizational, technical or legal reasons or if manipulations become apparent.

The liability of leevje GmbH for false statements in the context of the competition is excluded, unless leevje GmbH or a vicarious agent of leevje GmbH acts intentionally or with gross negligence or in violation of a material obligation.

The leevje GmbH competitions are not organised, supported or sponsored by Instagram. The sole contact person and person responsible is leevje GmbH, Hörsterstraße 39, 48143 Münster.



The legal process is excluded.
