The following terms and conditions apply to participation in online sweepstakes organized and conducted by leevje :

By participating, each participant agrees to the following General Terms and Conditions of Participation and to all other rules of the contest that have been announced. 

Participants
All individuals aged 18 or older who are residents of Germany or Austria are eligible to participate.

Profit

The prize described below will be awarded through a drawing, as described and communicated via an online channel operated by leevje . A cash payment or exchange of the prize is not permitted. Additional benefits (such as travel to and from the event, meals, and other products, etc.) are only included in the prize if they are expressly specified as part of the sweepstakes. If indicated, certain prizes have an expiration date.

Identifying and Contacting the Winner

Once the specified contest period has ended, the winner will be selected at random from among all participants. The winner will be notified via an official channel of leevje .

Contests held on the leevje Facebook fan page and/or the leevje Instagram account will be drawn at random after the specified period has ended. Winners will be notified of their prize via a private message and asked to provide their contact information by email within four weeks.

If the winner does not respond within four weeks, the prize will be awarded to someone else.

Purposes of Data Collection

By participating, each participant agrees that personal data may be transferred for the purpose of shipping and that they may be contacted through an official channel of leevje . In addition, the participant agrees that the necessary personal data may be transferred to any sponsor of the contest who is providing the prizes, for this purpose. Non-cash prizes cannot be redeemed for cash or exchanged.

By participating, each participant agrees that their personal data required for the contest (date of birth, age, first and last name, phone number, home address) may be stored on electronic media and used by leevje for contest purposes in compliance with applicable data protection laws. By participating, the participant warrants that all information provided is true and accurate. If the participant has given consent to the use of their personal data for internal marketing purposes (e.g., newsletters and special offers, etc.), the data will also be used for these purposes (see Privacy Policy).

Copyright & Right of Use

If participation requires the creation and submission of a work (e.g., a photo, video, written entry, or other files, etc.), the participant agrees by entering that these works may be published by leevje for the purposes of the relevant contest, in particular to promote the contest and to announce the winners, in the media channels used by leevje for the contest (e.g., Facebook or Instagram pages, website). leevje is also entitled to publish the entry for further promotional purposes without any time or geographical restrictions (e.g., on the radio, the Internet, TV, etc.).

Exclusion of Participants

leevje reserves the right to exclude from participation in the contest any participants who manipulate or attempt to manipulate the entry process, the contest, and/or the offer; who culpably violate the rules of participation; or who otherwise attempt to influence the contest and/or the entry process in an unfair manner, in particular through disruption, threatening, and/or harassing employees of leevje or other participants in the contest. In such cases, leevje is entitled to retroactively revoke and reclaim any prizes that have already been paid out.

Changes to Promotion Terms and Content

leevje reserves the right to cancel a contest at any time for good cause or to change its rules for future contests. This applies in particular in cases of force majeure, as well as when the contest cannot be held or continued for other organizational, technical, or legal reasons, or if evidence of manipulation comes to light.

leevje shall not be liable for any false statements made in connection with the sweepstakes, unless leevje or one leevje agents acts with intent or gross negligence or in breach of a material obligation.

The contests hosted by leevje are not organized, supported, or sponsored by Instagram. The sole point of contact and party responsible is leevje , Hörsterstraße 39, 48143 Münster. 

Legal recourse is excluded.
