Once your order has been placed and payment has been received, orders are typically shipped within 1–3 business days, unless we have specified otherwise on the product page or the home page.
Please note that shipping may be delayed due to high order volumes, promotions, collection launches, or similar circumstances.
Shipping costs within Germany range from €4.90 to €5.90 (depending on the shipping provider) and are free for orders of €125 or more (excluding bulky items). For customers in Austria, shipping costs are €6.90; shipping is also free for orders of €125 or more.
